Okay, I was aware it's a cheap motel. I wasn't looking for anything fancy as we were just staying in town for one night for a Friday night concert. This room was musty and unclean to the point where I felt uncomfortable to even use the sink. Our sink was not wiped down, full of someone else's hair, mold/mildew? The reason for the two stars comes with a list that was mainly due to the bathroom area, but I was only here for one night. I just needed a bed and shower after a concert in the area, with my wife. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and assisted us, because the room did not have any towels or toilet paper. The shower had not been cleaned, the bathroom sink was filthy and backed up. Tried doing no stars, no words needed besides the fact that we can’t get a refund and the seemingly bed bug infestation.
I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I was attending a professional conference in the area and originally planned to stay at the conference resort. Unfortunately, the resort was fully booked at the conference rate, and the regular rate was outside my budget. A representative at the resort offered to help me find a nearby hotel within my price range that she described as comparable and suitable for business professionals.
