Edit- Mr. Pat did reach out about the issue and the guy that I had been trying to contact is no longer with them. I’ll raise to 3 stars for the service side. My statement stays the same because this happened to me. But keep in mind all the guys I used for my purchase are no longer with Ozark. Very.nice people. But nice offsets it self by everything else. From beginning to end Jesus and Pat were extremely helpful. Jesus helped me with anything I was having trouble comprehending or wrapping my head around as things went quicker than I could’ve ever imagined. 3 weeks and 2 days from credit app to closing. And delivery 5 days later. Jesus went above and beyond and never made me feel less than . Thank you so much Jesus and Pat for all your help. And for the home of our dreams.

By chance I called the right mobile home place after discovering someone moved a mobile home close to me and they decided to use my property for a road & do some landscaping for me by knocking trees down and driving their heavy machinery on to my property! I spoke to someone at Ozarks and he said he was going to tell the owners and that was Wednesday and it’s now almost 8pm on Friday! Paid cash for our home a little over a year ago had A/C put in August 2024. Now September 2025 the guys that came out to put it in did not use the connectors for A/C drain in the back. Instead drilled and installed drain in the front which makes no sense to me. We called to let them know our a/c was freezing up. They said Warranties up and gave us the number to the AC people, but they wanna charge just to come out. So we are now having to have someone locally come out.
