Can't speak for the building staff, but my practitioner Heather is Great!.
Have had two sessions canceled. Have given the proper insurance and still having to jump through hoops. Knowledge there is limited. Telecommunications is almost all they know. If there was any other mental health facility I would definitely try it. I have to get off work to take my son and then they cancel the day of your appointment or wait until you get there. We need a great mental health facility for the people in need.
OGC, now Arisa Health, has provided support for family members with depression and with substance abuse. They literally accept anyone who asks for help. Helping with uninsured through pay plans etc… empathetic and caring.
if you have any choice do not use this clinic. I came here of my own volition seeking HELP, only to be treated like dirt, lied about & put in a situation that was my worst nightmare, that thankfully I was able to get out of very quickly, because it was baseless & a bald face lie. the receptionist staff is AMAZING & that’s where the good care stops. Y'all need to learn to answer y'all phone so I can reschedule from a different facility. But I guess u guys can't do that. I just deal with my mental health on my own. I will tell everyone that I know do not come here At all. Since y'all can't access y'all phone. Worst staff.
