OGC, now Arisa Health, has provided support for family members with depression and with substance abuse. They literally accept anyone who asks for help. Helping with uninsured through pay plans etc… empathetic and caring.
if you have any choice do not use this clinic. I came here of my own volition seeking HELP, only to be treated like dirt, lied about & put in a situation that was my worst nightmare, that thankfully I was able to get out of very quickly, because it was baseless & a bald face lie. the receptionist staff is AMAZING & that’s where the good care stops. Y'all need to learn to answer y'all phone so I can reschedule from a different facility. But I guess u guys can't do that. I just deal with my mental health on my own. I will tell everyone that I know do not come here At all. Since y'all can't access y'all phone. Worst staff.
I have been coming here for many years and I am very happy with the therapeutic services they provide. My gripe is with their aggressive billing department. Ever since Arisa took them over they will frequently call you about an invoice you received mere days earlier on an otherwise paid off account. Some of us receive our income once a month and pay our bills accordingly. You shouldn't be harassing your clients unless their account is in arrears. It appears they are having cash flow problems.
