Got sent here by the VA. Was for a medication referral. I saw a therapist who couldn't do anything, obviously. The referral also should have mentioned that I wanted an in person doctor, and was told at the end of the appointment they don't do that. Front desk lady was polite, but if you are coming from the VA double check your referral.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this therapy center. After missing two appointments, I was told I could no longer schedule afternoon sessions—even though I explained that my daughter doesn’t want to miss school, and after-school times are the only option that work for us. Originally went in 2022. Appointment system is a mess, will call, cancel and reschedule weekly. Actual therapist I was seeing was very ineffective. Tried to switch and they wouldn't let me. Very poorly managed.
If there wasn’t something mentally wrong with me as I came into the place there certainly is now! I hand delivered a referral from my primary doctor to see a psychiatrist. While I am there I give an explanation of what is going on and also say I need to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. They have me fill out my paperwork and I ask when my appointment will be and they said they would call me to set it up. I don’t get a call until 2 weeks later.
