Originally went in 2022. Appointment system is a mess, will call, cancel and reschedule weekly. Actual therapist I was seeing was very ineffective. Tried to switch and they wouldn't let me. Very poorly managed.
If there wasn’t something mentally wrong with me as I came into the place there certainly is now! I hand delivered a referral from my primary doctor to see a psychiatrist. While I am there I give an explanation of what is going on and also say I need to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. They have me fill out my paperwork and I ask when my appointment will be and they said they would call me to set it up. I don’t get a call until 2 weeks later.
