We loved it. The crafters were friendly with the kids. My daughter enjoyed making dolls and dipping candles. Very affordable.
The best cabins ever!! The staff was very friendly and they made you feel very welcomed. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was so quiet and dark, made it easy to sleep. It even had a deck you can sit on. We will be back.
We had a great time seeing the past come alive! So fun to see all the different ways things were done in the past.
I have been to the Folk Center many times, but the last time was in 1998. Way too long ago. I love it, it's one of my favorite places. I wonder if Harmony still plays there? And Fredona Curry? My little girl used to get up on the stage and jig dance with the dancers. I love the print shop, the old schoolhouse, and pushing a hoop with a stick. Fresh baked persimmon bread in the fall. The merry-go-round pulled by a horse. Wonderful memories.
I love it. A step into the past. A must see for everyone.
