I recently went to Madison to get lip fillers and the entire process was so professional! She is always so welcoming and happy to answer any questions I have. Madison is very knowledgeable in what she is doing which made me very confident in her and her work right away. In regards to Covid-19, the building was very clean and I never came in contact with anyone besides the receptionist and Madison. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I am excited to continue to be a client at Ozark Facial.
I had an overall great experience with Dr. Spencer, nurse Kelly and all of the supporting staff! They were great listeners and comforters and always worked with my needs and my schedule! The communication between staff, reception and patients is top notch. I was always in the know about procedures, appointments and financials. I wish I had gone to see Kelly earlier in life! I have been living with lines between my eyes since litterally middle school and been very self conscious about them! Less than 9 months with 3 sets of botox injections and less than a syringe of filler and it's like they were never there!! I highly recommend the team at Ozark Facial 💜
Dr. Spencer and his staff are wonderful! I had a procedure done in his office and the results were fantastic, never any pain and the staff was so helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Spencer to anyone thinking about getting a refreshed and natural result!
I met Madison on the recommendation of a friend, had a 90 min facial and absolutely loved it! Madison has an incredible touch. I loved that she walked me through each step and specifically tailored the product to my concerns. I was so impressed with her welcoming personality, her knowledge and the passion she has for her helping her clients.
