Dr. Abbott and her team are not focused on their patients. I had an appointment scheduled months ago and they cancelled on me with little notice because they changed their schedule after I scheduled with them. I had arranged to take off work and told them I didn't want to cancel and they did it anyway. It's super frustrating that my time doesn't matter when I'm the paying customer. Also, the last time my wife saw Dr. Abbott she was not prepared and didn't review her file beforehand and asked why she scheduled the meeting. Th... read more
