I’m in town from out of state visiting my mother. My Chromebook starts acting up. I took it to Ozark. Computer works, and the gentleman behind the counter dropped everything he was doing and worked on my issue for 45 minutes. That level of customer service is rare these days! I was very pleased with Ozark computer works.

Went in with my computer that wouldn't turn on. He found the issue and fixed the problem in 10 minutes while explaining the process. Didn't even charge me! Super nice guy and I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
PJ is super knowledgeable and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received on several occasions for different problems on different computers. I highly recommend him.
I think these people are great!! I've went to the store a few times now and they always seem to be very courteous and professional with their work. And humble as well if you ask me.
