Ozark Christian College is a place of hope, love, encouragement, honesty, and transformation. During my time at Ozark I learned more about Jesus than I could’ve ever imagined. Not only was I learning about Jesus through in depth studying of the Bible, but from the example of Jesus’ love, grace, and truth set by the trustees, the president, the cafeteria workers, the maintenance crew, the professors, my life group leader, the dorm parents, the alumni, and so many other wonderful people in leadership and on that campus. Ozark Christian College not only taught me what to think, but how to think; how to question; how to discover truth and exegete Scripture with integrity for myself. It's where I was equipped and grown to love Jesus with my whole heart, mind, soul and body. I learned how to study the Bible, how to do practical ministry and how to be a woman of God. I discovered my faith at Ozark. I had a belief in God and had become a Christian prior to attending Ozark. I grew up in the church and went to many Sunday School classes and attending many services in my childhood. But, it was at Ozark that I discovered my convictions about my faith. It was a place that challenged my thinking and invited me to dig into the Word academically and personally. I am thankful for the role of Ozark Christian College in helping me grow in my understanding of God and Kingdom.
