OCC is excellent because it is narrow in its vision. Organizations that try to do everything end up being excellent in nothing. Ozark is clear & committed to its vision to train men & women for Christian service! Jesus centered & bible focused. With the exception of yours truly, OCC continues to send out some of the best preachers in the world!
This school has equipped me to faithfully interpret and teach scripture, while also giving me a second-to-none education in Christian leadership.
Being a student at Ozark was the best 4 years of my life, truly.
It was a great growing experience--- Loved studying the Bible more in depth, memorizing Bible verses, sometimes whole chapters, loved the music side of my program as well---tough but very good. Also benefited from the other Christian classes about the Christian life, Intro to counseling, Christian Education, Intro to Missions..Loved the friendships I made, chapel services, choir tours, extra activities...God is still working powerfully through this college. Praise God for answering prayers to raise up leaders.
