Be very cautious if choose to go to this place . Extra cautious if you need services for a child . They are very rude . They threaten to call police on you if you don’t agree with there treatment plan and will hotline you if you don’t agree with them when they try to admit your child into mental Hospital that has very concerning and public reviews on how children are treated in certain facilities all while in the middle of mental crisis tell you they are calling the police and that you’re going to get arrested. They have gone above and beyond for our family. The staff is very caring and helpful.
Should not be called a crisis hotline.Should not advertise as a crisis hotline.I have yet to call there and get anyone who can handle a crisis.They will hang up on you in crisis to get another call.Has happened to me mant times.Happened again tonight.I have reported this to the woman in charge debbie fitzgerald 2 weeks ago and apparently she didnt take me seriously because it happened again tonight.Do not call there if you have a serious crisis.Isnt helpful one bit
