I have gone to Ozark center since before 2011 and always thought but they really cared about my mental health. Especially since I have chronic depression and ADHD along with PTSD. I must say now this place has changed so much and is having a huge internal turn over. If any of you out there are all of a sudden being told by Ozark center that they are going to taper you off all your meds etc with no explanation! I wouldn't know about their expertise or attitude. Went through the intake but when it came time to make an appointment it turned into a joke. Try calling and the message says how much they are concerned but nobody answers the phone and if they get back to you it's two days too late. It's like their too busy to talk to you or your insurance isn't the right kind. They'll take you but only if they can squeeze you in between premium insurance providers.
