I found out I've been charged for a security light that I do not have and at first the only thing Ozark said they could do is come turn the light off and then I would stop being charged for it and I asked how they could turn something off that does not exist and was then told a manager would call me. I did get a call within 30 minutes from the same woman who said she had talked to the manager (I never got to speak with said manager) and all they could do is reimburse me for the past 3 months I have been charged for said ligh... read more
The evening of the ice storm i noticed our neighbors tree branch was making contact with the top power line. I called the office to report the issue. I heard sizzling and saw sparks at the contact point. Within a couple hours there were 4 trucks beside my house to remove the branch from the power line. The guys were almost running back and forth trying to fix the problem. My hat is off to these who took care of the matter. They did an excellant job and our neighborhood is very grateful for their help.
