I've been with this electric company for more than 7 years. Account is on automatic payments and never once missed a payment. My electric gets turned off thinking there is a power outage. I called, and they said it was turned off because my card was declined. Called my bank and they said there wasn't any cause for the decline but also stated there were no actions on the banks side showing where they even tried to charge my account. Auto Pay didnt go through so they charged a late fee while card is on file. Wouldnt remove late fee horrible experience
