Very professional experience
Absolutely disgusting! Bills over 500.00 every month without a valid explanation since January 2026.
Ozark border is overcharging people me and my wife are at work all day and we're still getting $500 electric bills this is ridiculous
We were greeted right away by friendly staff who is very knowledgeable and helped us walk through our first electric bill in Missouri.
I found out I've been charged for a security light that I do not have and at first the only thing Ozark said they could do is come turn the light off and then I would stop being charged for it and I asked how they could turn something off that does not exist and was then told a manager would call me. I did get a call within 30 minutes from the same woman who said she had talked to the manager (I never got to speak with said manager) and all they could do is reimburse me for the past 3 months I have been charged for said ligh... read more
