My friend’s mom thought that her card got hacked. And this bank blamed HER for the card fraud and told her that they wouldn’t give her another card. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
We have been here 8 years and we are so happy that we chose this bank when we arrived
I don't know of any other banking institution that I would trust other than Ozark Bank in Nixa Missouri. They are right on the ball when something looks wrong with my account. I get a call and an explanation of what does not seem right. They have saved me many $100's of my hard earned cash due to my mistakes as far as scamer's. Personally I have been scammed twice and Ozard Bank caught the Scammers. I trust this bank. The staff is beyond professional at their positions, they are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
