Made a week ahead appointment for window tint on my Cruze. Had to call at 5 pm to check on it, got there to get it and find out that they fired their tint guy the week before AND didn't have the right tools, but went for it anyways. Not to mention they didn't recall making my appointment and didn't speak up. They botched the tint on every window; an absolute waste of time and money. Made an appointment weeks ago for window tinting. Explained to the women in depth that I was from Mountain View which is about an hour away & that I was coming up there to drop husband off for a medical procedure, so could this get done in a few hours if dropped truck off at 8:30? She assured me yes. I show up & the excuses are well she no longer works there & we don't have a tinter! Neither of those not my problem. She had taken down all my info.
