My experience with Dr. Sozer and his staff have been top notch. They are super responsive and helpful with any question, no matter how big or small.
Sonia is a very skilled injector. Her technique had me feel no discomfort. Can’t wait for the results. Thank you Sonia.
The procedure was great, but the wait time not so much. There were times I arrived, always early, just to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. All employees were polite and courteous.
Technician was great informative and helpful, reception area could use some work on customer service, they need to understand they are the first point of contact and that sets the foundation for the rest of your experience, they need to understand it’s intimidating for some people and that people work and have schedules aw well and can not just come back in two hours to accommodate you all..
