Not responsive to a faulty installation. Waited for a call back after having left two messages. A garage door scraping against brickwork is not what i call normal operation. Attended to site did not repair the faults, for stll hitting brickwork, door still scratched.

Couldn't be happier with the service and especially the final result that the boys from Oz West achieved for me and my family! Had 3 other quotes that could not deliver the doors that I needed to fit in my carport. Kevin from Oz West came through for us and made it work, visiting our home a number of times to make sure everything was perfect. The end result installed by Jake was better than I ever thought it could be done. Thanks again boys!
