This place used to be The Best ! don’t what happened. I live close by the store so delivery should not impact quality. Cold, undercooked, scant toppings (get more on a frozen Safeway pizza). Over $40 with a medium one topping pizza with over the counter mass produced Ranch…and this is what I got??? Where did the OZ pizza Pride and care go?
It was one of those nights, you know, the ones where you bar hop and have fun drinking and dancing, then come closing time at 2am, your stomach says "I want pizza, and for you to go straight to bed after". Yes sir! We actually wanted to grab some slices from a joint across from the Castro Theater but they were closed. You can't make money if you're closed! Ordered one pizza with sauce and one without sauce. They put sauce on both and then more sauce on *top* of one after cooking. They don’t allow any text-based request while ordering, so we can’t even order again with explicit instructions
Ordered a slice of pepperoni and a second slice with some meats and veggies on it. The pizza looked sus but I was hungry and ate it anyway. Got halfway through the pepperoni slice and had to spit it out cause I started gagging. It was cold, not fully cooked and flavorless. Had the pizza around 11pm Sunday and woke up at 5am Monday with all the signs of food poisoning.
