Travis was excellent! We are buying from out of town and relocating and he was very thoughtful about this fact. His report and phone call were both excellent and extremely in depth. It felt like he really cared and he has been very communicative in the few days we have been speaking with him. Travis was recommended by our realtor and I am so glad we took his advice here! The inspection was scheduled quickly and again really can’t emphasize enough how thorough the work was. Highly, highly recommend.

Best investment when buying a home! I highly recommend hiring OZ for your home inspection. Travis is wonderful to work with, and his report is the most comprehensive one I seen of any inspector I've worked with.

Travis is an exceptional home inspector. He was thorough on details big and small. After his inspection he spent a lot of time explaining his findings and making sure we understood it all. We could not believe how minute some of his observations were (the plug in the bathtub being calcified open), and that made us feel very confident in the purchase of our new home. Would absolutely recommend Travis to anyone looking for a thorough and thoughtful house inspection.
