Lexi and the other young girl working today were absolutely fantastic! So sweet and so kind after we had an absolutely disgusting experience at Louna Braids - the woman was so rude and doesn’t deserve any business. From all the bad reviews I’ve seen, I’m definitely not the first! After my 4 year old was so disappointed and upset that she couldn’t have her colour braids, I went into Oz Hair & Beauty to ask if they could do simple braids just to put a smile on my daughters face.
