The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a great experience in store and anything I wasn’t able to get off the shop floor I was offered to have it shipped to the store and collect.
I visited the Miranda store to exchange a product for a more suitable one. Before purchasing, I tested a product that appeared to be a tester, as it was displayed at the front and looked used. I was then told it wasn’t a tester, so I chose a different one. One of the two young staff members then swapped my chosen product back to the one I had tested without telling me.
