Had Leo resurface the pool. It looked great in the beginning then within a short time the epoxy was falling off. Ask them to fix it, they delay and delay. We then had to engaged the lawyer and found out that he was not licensed. We then was advised by the lawyer that they need to refund the cost for not providing the product they promised and service since they were not licensed.
