We had our van serviced in July 2025, a couple of weeks ago, and it has taken me this long to calm down. Such a bad experience, so many faults, would NOT recommend this business for caravan servicing.

Placed my caravan for a service with oz caravans and they were courteous , friendly and at a reasonable price. Thank you Richard for thorough and professional job.
They did an install of a gas hottie, I had to take it back for a fault. Took it to back to them again, they advised they completed the fault. Back home again, fault reappeared...rang a few times, left messages no response. To date still no response and still with a fault reading. Have caravan book into another repairer that is closure to me for an insurance claim and will have them now to look at the fault. Not happy, as the install of new hottie was over 2k.
Excellent and thorough work carried out for our caravan service. Friendly and extremely helpful staff and customer service. Will definitely continue to return to Oz Caravan World.
