From the first day I brought Kai to OZ Animal Hospital when he was a puppy, we have been greeted with warm welcomes, smiles, and have received the best care Chicago can offer every time we walk in. Recently, when I brought Kai in to get neutered, I was worried because it would be his first surgery. The staff sent me a personalized photo message of Kai, smiling and excited, with the caption, "Hi Dad, I'm doing great!" It warmed my heart that my dog was treated with such love and care. Oz animal hospital is worth us driving from Evanston to see them. We love the staff and Dr Joshi who take such great care of our whippet. The staff at Oz is the best veterinary practice we have ever been to. We love the care that our dog gets, the follow-up, careful instructions, and kindness of everyone. We recommend Dr Joshi and Oz to everyone we know. Their phone app portal is an added bonus. Great addition. So easy.
OZ Animal Hospital is a fabulous place to take your pet. Dr. Hlede is knowledgeable and very compassionate. The staff is very accommodating even making the extra effort to help pets feel less anxious and as comfortable as possible in a difficult situation. You will be very satisfied and so will your pet! Dr. Hlede IS a rock star of a Vet. When I was told by other veterinarians that my dog Bella would survive with her kidney disease for one or two years and the only thing I could do was give her KD food I knew there had to be other options. Lucky for me I found Dr. Hlede who gave me multiple options and Bella lived for another 6 years.
