I strongly recommend Adam and his team at Oz Air Group. With a challenging sub-floor installation, they quickly replaced my old gas-ducted heating with an electric fully ducted heating and cooling system. The whole team were friendly, efficient, and tidy throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a quality local heating and cooling team, give these guys a go.
Called to arrange for my noisy air con to be fixed or replaced, never received a call back, got sent a text message which directed my to an online chat, said they would email me which I never received. Don’t waste your time with this trade because they will waste yours
Amazing work done by Adam at my small music studio. During an on-site inspection he helped determine a system that would work efficiently in the specific space. He kept in mind that the unit needed to be as quiet as possible, while also being impervious to the high levels of subsonic frequencies that are produced by the sound system thats installed in the room as to not resonate and cause audible interference. I found him to be Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and down-to-earth.
Very happy with the service Mitch provided. Pricing I believe was also reasonable. Bit of a delay in receiving the service which was a little unfortunate. Nearly cancelled the service due to the delay but I am happy I did not. I will certainly use Oz Air again for future servicing.
