Great experience from start to finish. Guys who installed two split systems were great. Pricing was also really good, came in below a number of others. Marc
Mitchell was extremely professional & efficient. In addition, he provided me with a loy of useful information in relation to not only the Fujitsu unit that he was servicing & cleaning but also in relation to another split system Rinnai unit that I may have installed at some point in the future.
Couldn't get past the first hurdle . The initial process of arranging a visit for a quote was a failure . After emailing back and forth answering all questions and providing all requested details they emailed me again nearly 2 weeks later asking the same questions all over again . I lost confidence in their ability and cancelled the process . So whether they end up being able to do a good job , who knows ?
