I would not recommend hiring Oz Accommodations to manage your properties unless you are prepared to never actually get any rent. I have spent now approximately $12,000 on repair orders over the course of 7 months working with them. I ended up hiring my own plumber after I was thousands of dollars in because I started to realize that something isn't adding up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM OZ ACCOMMODATION. This company did not honor the original concession which was stated on the website at the time of applying. Upon move in, place was dirty, hvac did not work, appliances were broken. Company barely fixed anything. We have documentation and email paper trail of the condition of the home. Condition of home (damages/dirt/stained) was stated on move in inspection. I am an owner. When it comes to repairs, Scott Abbey will have these done by his "other company," "his guys," REI, who he manages, hires and uses for remodels and repairs. I live next to one of their properties that is poorly maintained. The trees need trimmed. A branch fell on our camper and put a hole in the roof. No one would call us back.

Oz Accommodations manage the rental property that I have been in for almost a year now. When moving in, I was told after signing the lease that it was as is. Usually that is not the end of the world except for they did absolutely nothing inside to make it move in ready. I have a video that I may share (holding until I receive my full deposit back) from when I first walked around the condo before I even moved anything in. Oz Accommodations sucks! They took my $35 application fee and then said that the duplex was rented the first day of the showing. Also, the other half would be available the first of July after they would clean it. That was BS, they also said that they had the other half rented out the day of the showing. After calling to find out about this that is what they said and the person I talked to wasn't very nice, it was almost like why was I calling, kind of thing. I would not recommend them to anybody! I can't rate Oz highly enough. Over the past few years, they have worked with us on every issue (no matter how big or small) that we've had with our (aging) house. Our refrigerator went out last year, and they had a new one for us quickly and without complaint. Our furnace had issues, and their service tech talked us through checking our flame sensor. I am a townhome owner and have had Scott, Tara and Michelle work on the homes they leased for me. I have had constant communication from them and they do respond to my request and questions. They were very selective in finding a good tenant, and that tenant has been great. There were ice problems on the roof with the house the first winter and the tenant called and Scott's team responded immediately.
