Karen is an excellent groomer, she loves animals and it shows !
I have had the pleasure of working with Karen for over 10 years, both as fellow team member and Supervisor. The passion that Karen has for grooming and the pets comes from her heart. The love that Karen gives your pet while in her care is how she would treat her own! Never a harsh word, just pure gentleness. I know this is who I would want grooming my pets!
The groomer Karen has been grooming my four dogs for years, I have four rescues, a shepard/chow mix, a boxer/hound, a chiweenie and chihuahua and they are all of different temperment, and size. One furbaby hates her nails even being touched. I had tried other groomers but they never did well. Karen somehow has the magic touch, they actually look forward to seeing her and my one problem furbaby has no issues with Karen doing her nails at all. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have. She is Awesome!
Just moved down the street and wanted to find a new Vet for my old dog whose lifelong vet just retired (the doctor who replaced him at our last clinic wasn't someone we felt was a good fit for us). We saw Dr. Childress and he was wonderful, as were all of the staff. Love the small-town feel here and how caring, kind, and knowledgeable everyone is. So glad we decided to try ORVH!
I had an emergency with my bunny Charlie and Dr Leslie took the time to see us even though we had never been there before. She took time to examine Charlie, make him comfortable and educate me about how take care of him thru this illness. THANK YOU for all your help and kindness.
