Very comfortable....clean and quiet and well equipped with just about everything you'll need. The view is great while sitting on the deck or through the French doors from inside. Restaurants and bars within walking distance and shopping a short drive away. The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting and open late for a romantic evening. And bring your camera! The view from anywhere is amazing....dolphins, boats, sunrise/sunset on the water, and the beautiful white pelicans! It never gets old. We love it here!
Beautiful grounds, comfortable unit, nice people. Enjoyed our week very much.
I absolutely love this place. The units are very spacious, Captain Hiram's is probably one of the best Vacation Beach Bars and Restaurant you can find anywhere. The number of restaurants, bars and other activities you can find here are enough to keep from having to do anything twice. It's not a Resort Chain or All Inclusive resort but it is like going to stay at a family vacation home and I can never go there enough!!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have no complaints. The location is wonderful with lots of restaurants and live music. Very quiet and clean place.
My first vacay in three years!! My parents are lucky enough to have gotten a time share agreement years ago, and lucky enough this is one of the spots on the list. Thins is there third year coming here and I was lucky enough to get to join and so glad I did. Absolutely love this place. Very nice setup and location and close to everything. They take my son with them every year on all our trips. He is two now and I can’t think of a better place to have spent it!
