Yikes the receptionist was very rude !
I have been going to Oyster Point dermatology for three years. I just called to make an appointment and was answered immediately by the front desk when I selected that option. Dr. Shenenberger is excellent. Although there have been times that I have been put on hold, I continue to appreciate their expertise and professionalism.
I called to make an initial appointment and was on hold for almost 5 minutes. I ended up hanging up. Not a good look for new patients!
