We were in Charleston before taking a cruise. We wanted a nice seafood dinner. The food was good just not much of it for the price.The service was horrible. Kasie was not helpful or friendly, our tea and water was hardly refilled. We asked for our check to be split and it was bright all together. We had to wait again to find her to fix it. Then she had a gentleman return it to us and brought the wrong bill to the table. He could not be located for a bit and he had my card somewhere. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We are on vacation and we were thinking that we had found a great seafood place to eat...well we were sadly mistaken. Service was poor, did not keep drinks filled, and they even messed up the check THREE times. The restaurant was not busy and yet we still had slow service on refills, and we waited forever for our check(before it was messed up three times) No apologies after all the mishaps. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they are looking for fries and ranch. :)
