The shrimp boil had a piece of dry corn..dry grilled potato..dry grilled sausage..very disappointed..will never go there again! Fleets landing is the best by far!

Was told it was great so decided to try while in town. We ordered the lobster mac appetizer, hush puppies, and I got broiled seafood trio. We were told while ordering that we could not get the fish cooked a specific way other than how it was on the menu because the kitchen was backed up, and boy was that fish a disappointment...along with the rest of the meal! First time was amazing.. last night was my 2nd time and it was awful! I ordered the trio and the grouper was absolutely disgusting, the potatoes were over cooked, the scallops along with the rest of the food had absolutely no flavor. I asked if I could get the grouper blackened and was told no. The bathrooms were also disgusting. I will probably never go back!
Staff was really great! Food was wonderful. If you love raw oysters you have to come here. We will definitely come back every time we visit Charleston.
This is our new favorite place in Charleston. Been coming here to see my parents for 5 years and we spend a lot of time downtown. We ordered a large array of dishes off the menu and every one was great. My Mother is a fan of she crab soup and she loves the Oyster House version. My Father loves the shrimp and grits. Cool place in a cool city. The bartenders were awesome and very helpful with beer selections, as well as the history of the city and potential places to live around Charleston. Cheers!
