Oyster Bay Yoga provides a beautiful oasis from the hustle and bustle of life. There is a real sense of community in this welcoming yoga studio and the classes are wonderful!
I love this new studio. I love the way that Amy asks us to think about the practice and come up with a word for how we feel at the end. I try to take it with me throughout my day!
