Don’t look at their menu online. It hasn’t been updated since hyroglifix. So don’t go expecting to get what you saw online without having to pay extra if their in-house menu doesn’t show the same thing. 🤣
Food was good as always ,but service was lacking today . Never once was asked if I needed a refill, I had to stop our server as she was walking by . She seemed a bit distracted and wasn’t very attentive. She walked by our table several times and not once did she look at us to see what we needed even when i stopped her she was looking the other direction . My plate was even lacking the side it was supposed to come with , but I really didn’t need the fries as the shrimp tacos where more than sufficient to curb my hunger . Like... read more
Went there last night. The service was terrible. I didn’t get my drink until after I got my salad. I had to remind the server several times. She got my 1 year old son a coke even though I asked for a sprite. Then she brought me thousand island dressing instead of ranch. Also the menu should have more items for children, at least add a burger. The food was mediocre at best. I could get better food (and service) elsewhere. My first and, sadly, my last time there�
A favorite of mine and family since many years back. The seafood is always flavorful. The staff are friendly and service oriented. Lent is a busy time for them so the wait may be a bit long but well worth it.
Food was great service sucks..there was only one lady on a Friday night..u can tell she was frustrated going back and forth with all the customers.. I felt bad for her..
I traveled from Mcallen to Harlingen to eat Dinner at Oyster Bar. That's how good they are. We have Mexican seafood places down here in McAllen but nothing like the Oyster Bar good American Seafood.
