My room was not cleaned properly! There was piss all over the base of the toilet. The lighting was so dim we couldn’t see! There was a stain on the comforter and they said it was our fault. , and said they were keeping our deposit. We did get our deposit back because we had pictures of our room.
Sheets smelled weird. The chair has nasty stains and bathtubs look gross.
The room was filthy, nothing like the pictures, there were holes in the walls in our room, there was a huge hole in the ceiling in thr bathroom. The shower didnt work and the sheets were dirty. The front desk person yelled at me for asking for another room...
Everytime I come here the experience is great from checkin to check out. Lady's in office are so very nice and welcoming, love coming here to stay when i have money. Ive never walked in to a dirty or nasty smelling room, always looks and smells clean. Thank you for giving me a nice place to sleep other than my car for a night 🙏
