My first room, the bathroom was full of roaches, the nice lady at the desk moved me to another room and it was roach free. Online when I purchased my room, it said refrigerator and microwave, most don't have refrigerators and some have neither refrigerator or microwave. I had to but an ice cooler. The room are bery clean. The dog owner will let their dogs urine in the elevator and leave it. Some of the rooms are boarded up. It is mediocre at best. The manager has a problem with people inquiring about rooms. He is beyond rude & I would flat out recommend to FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY, SERIOUSLY. Especially when you book through a third party, they want no parts of that. How are you allowing people to book through a 3rd party, but not have the reserved rooms (or any other rooms in their words) available? Don’t pay anything here in cash. I paid for one week with a deposit and after 24 hours they came in the room as the guest was sleeping and he was asked to leave. No deposit, no return calls by the manager, no one seems to know anything. I am waiting on the response from customer service. This place is a scam and will take your money and rebook your room!
