If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked a room through booking.com and went to the exact address they had on their website and turns out this is a Suburban Studios hotel now, OYO Townhouse doesn't even exist here anymore since January according to the front desk associate here. I called OYO to explain my situation and all they could tell me was I had to deal with it through booking.com and there was nothing they could do. Four stars for the room rating is simply because of the lack of sufficient hot water in the shower. I will also mention briefly that the shower head wasn't operating very well. It's a slight maintenance deficiency.
This not the hotel I reserved someone tried to scam me there isn't even an oyo here
