I’m giving it one star because I can’t give any less. It was the worst service I’ve ever received at a motel. The woman who assisted me treated customers very poorly. Even though I had a paid reservation confirmation, she kept saying no without even checking the computer; she made me waste a lot of time there and spoke very rudely.

This had to be one of the worst places I ever stayed in. There was no Cold water, everything was broken or falling apart, the bed felt like it was going to collapse when I (100 woman) laid on it. Not to mention the roaches that came on the bed at night. No ice machine instead they had a bag of ice, home made. Breakfast was a few slices of bread, a couple of granola bars, and milk that was questionable.

The Room was what I need, first floor, AC, table and chair, Tub with hand rail!!! I'm 79. THE big Failure was the TV. I rented the same room on two days under separate events. Now the TV was ONLY internet based; Smart based; NO REPEAT NO TV CONTROL ON EITHER DAY. IT COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED!!!! I tried to work with Staff both DAY and EVENING/NIGHT and got NO GOOD Results. ROOM NUMBER IS 127. Price was fair for room, if TV WORKED. I rented room for I lost AC in my efficient apartment. AC was repaired on Wednesday morning.
