Rooms are not nice our tub won’t plug , they charge you extra for everything and offer nothing and their customer service is extremely rude we have small children and they had accident and the charged almost half for towels that weren’t the cleanest when we got there I called for a rate got one price called back later that is totally different price going to a better hotel that offers more than $10 more a weekwould not recommend
My experience here has been down right AWFUL! The check in staff are rude, well all but one of them. The only male that works up front is the only tolerable one to talk too. The manager is the WORST! Ive stayed here a little over 2 weeks, & we've been harassed every single day about pet fees for my 2 dogs, that are REGISTERED SUPPORT ANIMALS!!! I have been charged $15 a piece per dog my whole stay & I'm not supposed to even have to pay for them because of that. I do not recommend this awful place there is still so much more ... read more
I love my embassy and 4 seasons but me and my husband love this one recently . It's close to home but we like to run away and just get peace.. it's quiet and not anywhere near the prices we have paid for our hotel excursions.. Adriana* was also the beautiful and best when we checked out. We will be back this week ❤️
