AVOID THIS “ HOTEL” AT ALL COSTS!!! I arrived into town and had not even been checked in and in my room for five minutes before I got a devastating phone call. I immediately left and went back to the airport to fly home. I called this hotel to let them know that I would need to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. It took DAYS for this and very many calls and they still denied a refund! Absolutely horrible. Stayed here for almost 2 months as a pregnant woman and her husband trying to get by. Front desk staff was RUDE and stole my wallet, then refused to get the manager to check the cameras then proceeded to force us to leave without our belongings. Some rooms are good. But most rooms have holes, black mold, broken TVs, no microwave or all of the above. They’ll overcharge one day and then the next under charge. I only gave them 5 stars on service because the front desk guy SHAWN was awesome and very accommodating. Now the room and entire hotel was absolutely horrible and misleading . I booked online due to visiting for a basketball tournament that weekend. The pictures of the location are VERY VERY MISLEADING AND THEY SAID THEY HAD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THEY DIS NOT! This place really needs to be shut down. For one, it’s disgusting, for two they stole my money. I booked a nights stay but when I arrived they refused to give me my room. They said it was cancelled due to a no show. Even though I specifically coordinated the time that I was going to be arriving with the person I booked with to make sure that time was going to work even BEFORE I paid. They offered me another room at a discount, I checked it out & wanted to throw up. Health Hazard. So I left & still have not received a refund.... read more
