Was told the room came with a mini fridge and microwave but it had neither. Requested them several times over a week but they never came. The TV was non functional and it took a day to get that replaced. The A/C barely cooled the room and there was a crack between the door and frame wide enough to let sunlight in. There were also roaches in the room and at one point a snake was seen. The snake was not adequately dealt with and I have no idea what happened to it or how it got in to begin with. I booked at 2am then i decided I wanted to cancel.I did the automatic chat it was supposed to send me a pin to cancel my room never received the 4 digit number. I tried over and over. Call the number attached to the email. No one could help me when I finally got ahold of somebody, they said, it's after 9 o'clock. You're not able to get a refund even though I tried over and over. Horrible customer service !
