SCAM!!! OYO rooms is a SCAM posing as a legitimate business!! Their official website double booked my reservation, so I called and was told to use their chat bot to cancel, but it had the wrong dates for both reservations (even though the emailed confirmations had the right dates), and I have been refused a refund after weeks of trying to get help! Clean rooms. Great manager. He’s the best man this is a good clean nice cheap place to stay
This is a fraud. They cancelled my first reservation on the day of the stay and I am fighting through my bank to get the refund that I was promised promptly but never recieved. On the second night I got there, the place was crawling with cockroach and bed bugs and there were no proper locks on the ground floor rooms. They ensured me that I could get a refund both from a customer service agent and the hotel front desk. This has not happened. This place is not friendly, safe, or clean.
