Looks abandoned. There’s a wrecked car in the lot and the office looks like it was left in a hurry. The door has a sign saying “back in 10 minutes” that’s probably been there years. All a bit odd but this one certainly didn’t keep lighting the lights and following formalities. Thankfully there’s a place to stay next to it and if you’re doing 66 slug bug ranch is right next to it.

Hotel called me after 8pm the night of my reservation ( we were an hour away from the hotel) to cancel because they were having maintenance issues and then charged my card anyway. When I called to find out why my card was charged the man told me that Booking.com is the one that charged my card. Lol my reservation was to be paid at the hotel and my Bank app shows very clearly that this hotel is the one who charged me!!!! Damn Liars!!!!

Ask how much and was told $69 and I told her way too much as there was some pretty cheap motels in the area. So I told her I’d give $40 which would include tax which there might not be any tax in this remote area. Anyway took the room although very old fashion it was clean and comfortable and diffidently worth 40 bucks or more. Don’t think the free breakfast is worth much but overall I’m satisfied.
