Poor customer service.
Now I understand what you get when you pay 75 bucks for a room now a days but my goodness this place was in bad shape. We had a 4 night trip planned and stayed the first night here then had to find somewhere else. The shower and bathroom was just grimy and gross, the pillows on the bed where so flat there was no point in using them, the TV didnt work but to their credit he came and fixed it for us immediately. The manager is rude I booked a reservation for a week online just to go check in and to get told his daily rates was 85 a night and he didn't do weekly rates even after I showed him I paid for my room for the week I recommended not paying online pay in person because its a headache trying to get your money back
