Price is good. Hotel has a very low grade. Rooms are not up to par. They need professional/qualified workers/employees that know how to run a hotel. Doesn't really operate like the average hotel. More like an apartment complex/motel. Unruly guests, children running all over the place, people cooking on grills. Unprofessional stuff going on.

We booked this hotel on short notice to get a few hours of sleep while driving from Washington DC to Atlanta GA. When we arrived to the hotel, the doors to the front lobby were locked, there was a handwritten sign on the door "sorry, we are fully booked" and no one was at the front desk, nor picking up the phone. When I requested a refund as we were clearly not provided with accommodation services, the hotel "chose to obide by their no-cancelation policy"!! I strongly discourage anyone from booking at this hotel!

We were visiting family and found this hotel through booking.com. The room, bed, and bathroom were nice considering the hotel was being upgraded. We had trouble getting hot water and the management had to reset the hot water heater a couple of timed to get hot water. The grounds had trash flying around in the wind. We stayed 4 days.

Roach motel... do not waste your money... the entire building is overrun with roaches.

The hotel room I booked was not clean. There was burned cigarettes in my toilet and the sink has I don't know what still in it. The skirt around the bed was ripped and tore. The whole room smelled like cigarettes. It was horrible. When we walked in my husband automatically knew he didn't want to stay. So we found another hotel to stay at for our time here and waisted our money here.
