🚨 STAY AWAY FROM HOTEL NK NORTHSTAR, KAMLA NAGAR 🚨 Booked a SUPER DELUXE ROOM but there were ZERO NETWORK SIGNALS (no Jio, no Airtel). Instead of fixing it or giving another super deluxe room, they DOWNGRADED me to a DELUXE ROOM with NO COMPENSATION. The replacement room was a DISASTER: • Very small and poorly maintained • DIRTY WINDOWS and bad cleanliness • BROKEN CURTAINS — rod fell off on touch, had to use a towel for privacy • BROKEN TOILET SEAT (have photos) • EXTREMELY LOW SHOWER PRESSURE, clearly damaged Worst part ... read more

Hotel staff ko baat krne tk ki tamij nhi h itna rude behavior h Jo reception pe baithte h usko females se bat Kaise karni chahiye ye tak nhi pata tu tadak karke bolte h tez Aawaj main bâat karte hain Bilkul bhi professional nhi h even they don’t know how to give respect very bed experience

Very bad and rude behaviour of reception staff and owner, baat krne ki tameez nhi hai ladkiyon se , agar ye hotel ka owner yaha nhi h to unko reception staff change karne ki jarurat h because itna unprofessional staff maine kahi nhi dekha jisko baat krne ki bhi tamij nahi thi i was literally crying unki baat itni rude thi
