Had to stay because of a house fire and during my stay I dealt with hoping for hot water in the shower.. wondering when the washers and dryers would be repaired after praying that they didn't take my money when the 1 of 3 machines were working..had to bring in my own bug treatment because I dealt with finding roaches in my room and bathroom..being offered a part time job cleaning and the pay they offered me was 8 dollars per room I cleaned and only paid cash biweekly just an expensive price for a poorly cared for facility

I managed to take a pic of this cockroach as it was upside down.... After a long day of work when i got here to take a shower there was a huge roach and 3 of these little ones that just scaterred away. The place is full of ROACHES. and the ceiling had mold growing. No proper ventilation for the bathroom it seems. What a waste of money. I told the front desk but the young man there really didnt seem to care at all didnt offer even a different room for the troubles. Dont come here unless you like hanging out with roaches. When I arrived I didn’t get a double room which I had requested with my reservation. The room had a terrible odor. There was no toilet paper in the room. The room was not clean. There were live and dead roaches in the room. Had to take my own trash to dumpster daily. There was no hot water the last day of my stay. I will never stay here again. The only good part about the stay was the price.

Aug 28 2026-GROSS, GROSS, GROSS! This property without a doubt, needs inspected by the Village of Morton and the Tazewell Dept of Environmental Health. Garbage strewn all over the property, bed bugs, roach traps in the common hallways and disgusting linens. Arrogant owners believe this is acceptable. Trash literally behind the furniture.
