Really bad hotel…don’t understand why anyone would willingly stay here
Roaches and hot we walked in at 1030pm to no air in the room and the days are 106 degrees! We had to get naked and sleep on a sheet we brought this is old radgley bugs yuck
This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The staff was rude,. unwelcoming and not helpful. Making people leave to get cash for a deposit to check in is absolutely ridiculous. Having to wait for someone to inspect your room so you can get your deposit back is the worst customer service I have ever seen. NOT TO MENTION THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!!! We didn't know if the sheets were clean, the shower curtain was covered in mold as well as the shower walls. Carpets are disgusting and walls are filthy. I would... read more
