Room had an ugly scent sheets were not clean. Overall torn down. Requested another room and was given keys to an occupied room. Went to another hotel having issues getting a refund.
If I could give zero starts I would! After a very long and strenuous drive I came to check into my reservation of 2 queen beds with my family. We got a single king bed because they changed our reservation without asking us. They had no other rooms available. The room we did get smell so awful that any words can’t accurately describe.. but I will try. Filthy animals, cigarettes, drugs, putrid, and vomit-worthy. Legit does not even have soap/shampoo at all . Some rooms do not have blankets .
This place was the worst I ever stayed in. First we got one price online and got here the price was higher. We asked about AAA discount she said they only do AARP but we already was given a discount. How is that when she charged more then the price online? 2. We went to the front desk and asked for a bedspread because there was nothing but sheets on the bed.
