Booked on Expedia and arrived 20mins later to find the place empty. The office says to ring the doorbell to get help but nothing happened even after doing that for 30+minutes while standing outside in the heat. Definitely avoid this place

Worst experience ever. I booked and paid for the room in advance through Expedia. You cannot get through to anyone when you call the hotel. When I arrived, the front desk woman and her husband were very rude and unfriendly. They said there is no booking for me, and that they never got money from Expedia, and she would not look at my receipt. They would not give me a room even though I prepaid.
