I NEVER post reviews or have had the chance to have a bad experience but this was just all around bad came to sleep a few hours only and then check out but it was not a good sleep got bitten all over STAY AWAY!!!!!! Yo NUNCA subo quejas ni mucho menos e tenido una mala experiencia pero este lugar está orrendo nomas vinimos a dormir unas horas pero estuvimos bien incómodos tenemos piquetones por todo el cuerpo ALÉJENSE DE ESTA LOCALIZACIÓN!!!!!!!
Terrible experience. The towels and bed sheets were dirty, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the air conditioner was extremely loud all night. There were green flies and cockroaches in the room. The entire place felt dirty, neglected, and unpleasant. Honestly, it even felt like someone had recently died in that room because of the horrible atmosphere and smell. This hotel needs serious cleaning and maintenance. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away and choose another place.
We arrived very late because of an accident and heavy traffic in Kansas City. The owner was very gracious and helpful getting my computer to work at check-in. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the price was excellent. We'll stay here again, the only gripe was the loud A/C unit.
Don’t stay here. Room was crawling with cockroaches. Told the night person when I checked out and he just blew it off like it was nothing. Unless you enjoy sharing your room with cockroaches you’re better off avoiding this place
