Worst hotel ever staff very unprofessional and suspicious. Smoking was all throughout the hotel . Staff agreed to give refund for my second day but continued to give the run around about times claiming they don't keep cash . Suspicious!! Roaches were enjoying the stay more than anything house keepers did not do a good job cleaning the room I tried to make the best of it to keep my family from being in the cold ! The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street.
