My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend, and we had such a wonderful experience! I would especially love to give a big shout-out to Melissa at the front desk. Very unprofessional management was banned from hotel to never return for having dirty towels and supposedly I was rude. To me they just wanted to keep deposit.

First, every single staff member we met was SO friendly. So much so that our remote quit working in the middle of the night and they let us use their personal remote. The room was great especially for such great prices! The pool was sparkling clear. Seriously 10 out of 10 we will be back next year.

Air conditioner did not cool the room. When I went to tell the front desk, she said we had a long stay in there and they never complained. There are no vacant rooms, what do you want me to do. She did give us a tower fan. Went to nieces room and it was ice cold, but ours never cooled. When I checked out, she asked if I left the fan. There was also mold in the shower.
