This place is a dump! The electrical outlets do not work. Rust all over the bathtub. The door to the bathroom didnt open all the way because, the toilet was in the way.The paint on the door to the room was peeling and, their was mold on the wood. The ac wasn't working. The internet was out so, no TV and, our phones wouldn't work. Sleep in your car, you are better off!!!!
I called Saturday, July 11th, at 7:45pm and booked a reservation. I spoke with your female employee at the front desk for over 12 minutes that day and she assured me she had made the reservation for us. We went to check in this evening, and no reservation was found and there was no availability. We drove nearly 3 hours for NOTHING! This is completely unacceptable! If you're just looking for a place to sleep and maybe eat breakfast this place is okay, definitely needs tons of repairs, there were chunks of countertop missing, super flaky paint everywhere, stains, rust all over the shower drain, our bathroom fan didn't work, and our bedsheets were super wrinkled on arrival. Even saw a suspiciously cockroach looking bug crawling on the dresser. We were their 6 days for NCS baseball world series manager sandra was rude didnt want to deal with people,we paid in advance then charged us a 100 deposit none of the other player family's got charged. Samething for breakfast everyday she would have muffins but when I asked for a muffin she said that there was no more then I said I see them behind the counter she said we can't give out anymore that those were for tomorrow's breakfast , our room never got serviced had to go get our own clean towels everyday she would count & ... read more
I had a prepaid reservation cancelled by the property. Three weeks passed and I still have no refund. They stole my money!!! Edit: Money refunded after 2 months
